Overview

Welcome to Somni Sleep. By browsing, shopping, or using our site, you agree to these Terms of Service and related policies. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
We may update these Terms at any time, so please review them occasionally. Our store is hosted by Shopify.

1. Online Store Use

• You must be of legal age in your region (or have guardian consent).

• Don’t use the site for anything illegal or to transmit viruses or malicious code.

2. General Conditions

• We may refuse service to anyone at any time.

• Your data may be transferred unencrypted (except for payment details, which are always encrypted).

3. Information Accuracy

We aim for accurate, up-to-date info but can’t guarantee it’s always perfect. Please verify details before relying on them.

4. Pricing & Service Changes

Prices and services can change without notice. We aren’t liable for any such changes or interruptions.

5. Products, Delivery & Payments

• Availability: Limited quantities; see our Return Policy for details.

• Payments: Accepted methods include Payflex, Capitec Pay, credit cards, and Apple Pay.

• Delivery: Free nationwide delivery (2–5 working days in stock, 5–15 days on backorder).

• Display: We try to show colours accurately but can’t guarantee exact matches.

• Sales Limits: We may limit purchases or quantities.

• Satisfaction: We can’t guarantee every product will meet personal expectations.

6. Billing & Accounts

Please ensure your billing details are correct. We may block purchases linked to fraud, repeated cancellations, or insufficient funds.

7. 120-Night Comfort Sleep Trial

Try your Somni Sleep mattress at home for 120 nights, risk-free.
If you’re not satisfied, return it for a full refund (terms apply).

Key Trial Conditions:

• Minimum trial: 50 nights before return.

• Use a waterproof protector to stay eligible.

• Only one return per household; proof of purchase required.

• Returns between 50–120 nights = full refund.

• Returns before 50 nights = 20% service fee.

• Return shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

• Trial void if mattress is dirty, stained, or damaged.

8. Guarantees & Warranties

Mattresses:

• 2-Year Guarantee (factory defects).

• 25-Year Limited Warranty (after guarantee period).

Other Products:

• 2-Year Guarantee for material or manufacturing defects.

After 2 Years:
Repairs or replacements are charged based on product age (original price ÷ 25 × years owned).
Proof of purchase and photos are required for all claims.

9. Returns

You have 7 days after delivery to request a return.

Conditions:

• Item must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

• Return shipping cost is deducted from refund.

• Opened items = 20% handling fee.

• Returns only accepted within South Africa.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Report any issues immediately upon delivery.

Exclusions:

• Custom items and gift cards are non-returnable.

• Warranty void for stained, torn, or abused items, or if weight limit (150 kg) is exceeded.

Refunds:
Processed within 10 business days after inspection. Allow extra time for bank processing.
Email sales@somnisleep.co.za if more than 15 days pass after approval.

10. Third-Party Links

We may link to third-party sites for convenience. Use them at your own risk — we’re not responsible for their content or policies.

11. Comments & Feedback

You grant us the right to use feedback or ideas you submit. Please avoid unlawful or harmful content.

12. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us.

13. Errors & Omissions

If any product or pricing info is incorrect, we may correct or cancel affected orders.

14. Warranties & Liability

We can’t guarantee uninterrupted service. Our products and website are provided “as is,” without warranties. Somni Sleep is not liable for damages resulting from use of our site or products.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Somni Sleep for any claims resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our services.

16. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining sections remain fully enforceable.
