🛡️ 25-Year Warranty

Every Somni mattress is built to last.
You’re covered by a 2-year full guarantee and a 25-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Other Somni Sleep Products

All other products are covered by a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing or material defects.

2-Year Guarantee Details

For the first two years after purchase, your Somni Sleep product is fully covered for any defects in materials or workmanship.

If you experience any issues:

1. Submit a request via the “Return request” button under Customer Service.
2. Upon inspection and confirmation of a defect, we’ll repair or replace the product free of charge.

Note: This guarantee excludes normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse.

Post-Guarantee Warranty (Mattresses Only)

After the 2-year guarantee period, your Somni Sleep mattress is covered by a service warranty for up to 25 years from the original purchase date.

How Warranty Charges Are Calculated:

The cost of repair or replacement is based on the original retail price of your mattress, divided by 25 years, then multiplied by the number of years since purchase.

Example:

• Queen-size La Luna mattress: R9,999
• Annual service rate: R9,999 ÷ 25 = R399.96
• After 5 years: 5 × R399.96 = R1,999.80

Submitting a Warranty Claim

To process your guarantee or warranty claim, please provide:

• Original proof of purchase
• Clear photos of the defect(s)
• For sagging/indentation issues:
• Photos of the mattress placed on a flat, solid surface
• A string or straight edge across the surface, showing the depth of the indentation
• Note: Foam indentations of up to 30mm are considered normal. Anything beyond that qualifies as a defect.

If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, Somni Sleep will repair or replace the product at our discretion. In some cases, replacement materials or fabrics may differ from the original due to product updates or availability.
