Payments: We accept multiple payment methods, including Payflex, Capitec Pay, credit cards, Apple Pay, and more. 3. Shipping: Free standard delivery within South Africa. May take 2 to 5 working days for products in stock. Backorder products may take 5 to 15 working days. 4. Purchasing Restrictions: We may block a user from purchasing if they have a history of cancelling orders, insufficient funds, or fraudulent activity SECTION 7: 120 NIGHT FREE COMFORT SLEEP TRIAL At Somni Sleep, we understand that finding the perfect mattress can take time. That’s why we offer a 120 Night Comfort Sleep Trial — giving you the freedom to experience your new mattress in the comfort of your home, risk-free. If you’re not satisfied, you can return it for a full refund. How It Works Adjusting to a new, supportive mattress can take a few weeks. That’s why we encourage you to sleep on one side of your split, dual-comfort foam mattress for at least four weeks to allow your body time to adapt. If it’s still not quite right, try the other side for the remainder of your trial. Trial Terms & Conditions • Minimum trial period: You must use the mattress for at least 50 nights before initiating a return. • Hygiene requirement: Use of a waterproof mattress protector is highly recommended to keep the mattress clean and stain-free. • Eligibility: o The trial is limited to the original purchaser. o Only one mattress per household may be returned under the trial. o Proof of purchase is required. • Warranty: Standard guarantees and warranties still apply during the trial period. • Previous returns: Customers who have previously returned a Somni Sleep mattress may not be eligible for another Comfort Sleep Trial, at our discretion. • Refund policy: o Returns made between 50 and 120 nights qualify for a full refund. o Returns made before 50 nights will incur a 20% service fee, deducted from your refund. o The cost of return shipping will be at your expense and will be deducted from your refund. • Trial and warranty will be void if: o The mattress or cover is stained, burnt, torn, dirty, or in unsanitary condition. SECTION 8: GUARANTEES AND WARRANTIES Somni Sleep Mattresses All Somni Sleep mattresses include: • 2-Year Guarantee: Covers factory defects and material faults. • 25-Year Limited Warranty: Provides long-term support and service after the guarantee period ends. Other Somni Sleep Products All other products are covered by a 2-year guarantee against manufacturing or material defects. ________________________________________ 2-Year Guarantee Details For the first two years after purchase, your Somni Sleep product is fully covered for any defects in materials or workmanship. If you experience any issues: 1. Submit a request via the Returns link under Customer Service. 2. Upon inspection and confirmation of a defect, we’ll repair or replace the product free of charge. Note: This guarantee excludes normal wear and tear or damage resulting from misuse. ________________________________________ Post-Guarantee Warranty (Mattresses Only) After the 2-year guarantee period, your Somni Sleep mattress is covered by a service warranty for up to 25 years from the original purchase date. How Warranty Charges Are Calculated: The cost of repair or replacement is based on the original retail price of your mattress, divided by 25 years, then multiplied by the number of years since purchase. Example: • Queen-size La Luna mattress: R9,999 • Annual service rate: R9,999 ÷ 25 = R399.96 • After 5 years: 5 × R399.96 = R1,999.80 ________________________________________ Submitting a Warranty Claim To process your guarantee or warranty claim, please provide: • Original proof of purchase • Clear photos of the defect(s) • For sagging/indentation issues: o Photos of the mattress placed on a flat, solid surface o A string or straight edge across the surface, showing the depth of the indentation o Note: Foam indentations of up to 30mm are considered normal. Anything beyond that qualifies as a defect. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, Somni Sleep will repair or replace the product at our discretion. In some cases, replacement materials or fabrics may differ from the original due to product updates or availability. SECTION 9: RETURNS Returns Policy We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your Somni Sleep product to request a return and full refund. Return Eligibility To qualify for a return and full refund: • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase. The cost of return shipping will be at your expense and will be deducted from your refund. If the product has been opened, a 20% handling fee (calculated on the purchase price) will apply. ________________________________________ How to Request a Return 1. Click the Returns link under Customer Services. 2. Fill out the Returns Form and include: o A copy of your proof of purchase. o At least four clear photos of the product from different angles. We will review your request and contact you to arrange the collection. Note: Returns are only accepted within South Africa. We do not accept returns from outside the country. ________________________________________ Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if: • Your item is defective, damaged, or • You receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible. ________________________________________ Guarantee & Warranty Exclusions All guarantees and warranties will be void if: • The mattress is stained, burnt, unsanitary, torn, or dirty. • The mattress shows signs of damage or abuse. • The user exceeds the maximum weight limit of 150kg. ________________________________________ Non-Returnable Items • Custom-made items • Gift cards ________________________________________ Exchanges & Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved: • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
