Returns Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your Somni Sleep product to request a return and full refund.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return and full refund:

  • The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

The cost of return shipping will be at your expense and will be deducted from your refund.

If the product has been opened, a 20% handling fee (calculated on the purchase price) will apply.


How to Request a Return

  1. Click the Returns link under Customer Services.
  2. Fill out the Returns Form and include:
    • A copy of your proof of purchase.
    • At least four clear photos of the product from different angles.

We will review your request and contact you to arrange the collection.

Note: Returns are only accepted within South Africa. We do not accept returns from outside the country.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is defective, damaged, or
  • You receive the wrong item.

We'll evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Warranty Exclusions

All guarantees and warranties will be void if:

  • The mattress is stained, burnt, unsanitary, torn, or dirty.
  • The mattress shows signs of damage or abuse.
  • The user exceeds the maximum weight limit of 150kg.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges & Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
